Educational Qualifications:​

• Mine Foreman (NE-09): 10th pass and Diploma
• Mine Foreman (NE-08): B.E/B.Tech
• Mine Mate (NE-05): 10th pass
• Winding Engine Driver (NE-05): 10th pass
• Blaster (NE-04): 10th pass

Age Limit (as of 25-03-2025):​

• Mine Foreman (NE-09): Up to 45 years
• Mine Foreman (NE-08): Up to 45 years
• Mine Mate (NE-05): Up to 40 years
• Blaster (NE-04): Up to 35 years
• Winding Engine Driver (NE-05): Up to 40 years
  • Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Pay Scale:​

• Mine Foreman (NE-09): Rs. 27,600 - 3% - 50,040/-
• Mine Foreman (NE-08): Rs. 26,900 - 3% - 48,770/-
• Mine Mate (NE-05): Rs. 24,800 - 3% - 44,960/-
• Winding Engine Driver (NE-05): Rs. 24,800 - 3% - 44,960/-
• Blaster (NE-04): Rs. 24,100 - 3% - 43,690/-

Application Fee:​

• General (UR)/EWS/OBC (Creamy Layer & Non-Creamy Layer): Rs. 295/-
• SC/ST/Employees of MOIL Limited: No Fee

Selection Process:​

1. Computer-Based Online Test for posts of Mine Foreman (NE-09), Mine Foreman (NE-08), Mine Mate (NE-05), and Blaster (NE-04).
2. Trade Test for Winding Engine Driver (NE-05), details of which will be communicated via email, SMS, and on the MOIL website.

Application Process:​

• Apply Online Only from 4th March 2025 to 25th March 2025.
• No other modes of application will be accepted.
• Candidates should prepare scanned documents of their photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration.
